How is my order shipped?
All orders over $50 are eligible for free USPS Priority Shipping. All orders below $50 ship via customer preferred method. We offer a variety of shipping methods with USPS and UPS.
How do I return my item?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All orders are eligible for complimentary return shipping. Please see our full Return Policy for more information. If for any reason you’d like to make a return please ship the item back to:

What if I decide a want a different size or if the item does not fit me properly?
The easiest and quickest way to ensure you get the right size is to order the new size and to return your original order. If you would like to do an exchange please contact customer service. We cannot send the new size to you until we receive the original.
What is your body jewelry return policy?
Due to healthcare and safety concerns, some products, such as nose rings, belly button rings, eyebrow rings, toe rings, etc. cannot be returned if opened. Only unused and unopened product will be accepted.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. Our boxes and pouches are pretty cool though.
What are your customer service hours?
Our regular customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday at (888) 306-5242 or via chat. For after-hours assistance please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. During the holiday season (Black Friday through Christmas Day) response times may be delayed due to high volume.
Do I need to make an account to shop at Lavari Jewelers?
Making an account is an optional feature we offer to make your shopping experience more enjoyable. You may check out as a guest if you prefer.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change the address on your order. We process your order as quickly as possible (normally within one business day) to ensure you get your jewelry quickly. Once we have processed your order we are unable to change your address. Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST ship same day.
How can I track my order?
Please use the tracking information that was sent to you via email to track your shipments. If you did not receive tracking information, please contact our customer support team.
